Experience & Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of the software development and QA life cycle, processes (including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking and reporting)
• Strong knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Rally
• Must have programming experience with Java and shell scripting (Perl, bash, etc)
• Experience in Automation testing Selenium, JMeter, JUNit, Postman
• Experience in developing JMeter scripts, configuring and execution
• Proficiency in testing APIs and testing on AWS cloud stack
• Experience in creating performance test plans, test data, SLAs, analysis reports
• Experience in analyze test results
• Experience in monitoring performance counters specific to App, Web and DB servers
• Proficient in performance test methodologies, strategy, planning and non-functional requirements and workload modelling

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Functional, performance (including API) testing
• Build and maintain performance test templates
• Execute performance tests
• Translate functional requirements into performance test scenarios
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to analyze root causes of performance issues and suggest potential solutions
